Frequently asked questions

Yes. We run a trial for most shops before going live. A Newcastle multi-shop operator and one of our independent grocers are on trials right now. Get in touch to see if we can do the same for your shop.

For Starter, Standard, Premium and Multi-shop plans, Ethco hosts everything. You log in and run your shop. For Enterprise deployments (30+ shops or multi-country franchises), we can deploy Ethco into your own cloud account for full data sovereignty and cost transparency.

You do. Customers can collect from your shop (packed and ready, like the supermarkets), or you can arrange delivery yourself. Ethco gives you the technology; you keep control of fulfilment and customer relationships.

We integrate with EPOS Now, and we're expanding to more EPOS providers this year. If you already have a till system, we can usually work with it. Ask us when you book a demo.

Probably yes. Our platform is built for independent retail in general, and we've had conversations with wholesalers and dark store operators. Get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help or not.

You can export your product catalogue, order history, and customer list at any time. We don't hold your data hostage. Contracts are minimum 12 months; after that it's month to month.
